In a dedicated effort to enhance company culture and align managers with the core values, mission, and purpose of South Western Railway, Red Rocket orchestrated “The Journey to Better” events.
These gatherings, held at the prestigious Basingstoke Oakley Hall, spanned eight separate events, each meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Tasked with creating a comprehensive experience that not only communicated SWR’s ethos but also fostered a sense of unity and purpose among the managers, Red Rocket embraced the challenge with enthusiasm.
